Kartina was born and brought up in London to an NRI Father and a British Mother.
Her father is originally from Kashmir. When she was doing modeling in London,
she came to the notice of filmmaker Kaizad Gustad and snapped an important role
in his film ‘Boom’.Katrina then decided to take acting as her full-fledged
career and shifted her base to Mumbai.
With her gorgeous face and hourglass figure, Katrina was flooded with modeling
assignments in Mumbai.
She is a private person and don't go to too many parties. She wants to go
normally with friends. And she is also very particular about her clothes which
she wears a bold outfit on screen or for ads but she feels more comfortable in
not-so-revealing clothes in personal life. She had just finished his Kathak
classes in 40 days only in which she had to dance for 7 hours non-stop everyday.
